Shipping:

We offer a variety of shipping methods, please choose the best one for you.

We always try to ship same day if the order is placed before 12:00 CST. If we are unable to ship same day,  we will ship your selections within 24 to 72 hours first class. In need of faster shipping, select Priority or Express Mail upon checking out.

All jewelry items come in complimentary  jewelry box. This means for each jewelry item you purchase it will be packaged in a white swirl tarnish resistant jewelry box. 

If you would like items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the United States please contact us at LaLaines@comcast.net  and we will quote   you the cost for the shipping & insurance.

Credit Card items are shipped out within 24 to 72 hours. We always try to ship same day if order is place before 12:00 CST. If we are not able to it will normally be the next business day.

Money order or cashiers check we ship within 48 hours of payment arriving.

Business or personal checks the item will be shipped after 7 to 10 days of check being received for processing and approval.

If for some reason there is a delay in shipping we will notify the customer immediately with details. 

Returns

Your satisfaction is important to me. All of my jewelry pieces come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me so we can discuss your options.

If you wish to return jewelry, you may do so within the first 30 days after receipt of your order. The purchase price will be refunded to you. Returns must be in new, unused condition.

You will be responsible for return shipping and insurance charges. Insurance is strongly recommended for protection against loss or damage. I cannot provide refunds on lost or damaged jewelry.                

We want you to be completely  satisfied with your purchases from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item or items per our Return Policy. 

Merchandise must be in new condition - original box packaging preferred for item to be returned in. 

If for some reason the item you have purchased is defective, please contact me "Elaine Johnston" at LaLaines@comcast.net. We strive to create the perfect jewelry items, but are unable to control gemstone variations. We thoroughly inspect each item we create, but sometimes things occur outside of our control. We will repair the item complimentary if it is a detail we have overlooked, we will not repair an item complimentary if it is damage due to misuse. 

Jewelry returns will gladly be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase, if not a Special or Custom Order. Compact mirror, purse hangers and key locator returns will gladly be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. For jewelry items, after the 30 days from your purchase date we will gladly fix the jewelry item you have purchased from us for a fee, it will depend on what is needing to be fixed.

We recommend the return item or items be insured or shipped via a traceable carrier to ensure proper delivery, we prefer the United States Postal Service (Post Office) . 

Allow up to four to eight weeks for the credit or refund after we notify you we have received the item or items.

Custom Jewelry

I would be happy to work with you to design and create a custom piece of jewelry for yourself or a gift. I kindly ask for a 50% deposit on custom work so that I can research and purchase materials. The balance is paid upon completion of the work. Please note that custom pieces are not refundable or returnable.

Pictures of your custom order will be sent via e-mail for your approval. Creation time is normally within 2 to 3 weeks , depending on your selection of colors and beads. Regular shipping prices apply to Custom Jewelry items.

Special Order for Accessories

Special orders for Purse Hangers or Compact Mirrors require payment in full, plus shipping and insurance cost before shipping.

Special Orders are not returnable or refundable. Due to ordering special items for your order and the time we put into researching and acquiring each item or items. Unfortunately if you chooses not to purchase  the special order, you will forfeit 50% of your payment.

Privacy

I respect the privacy of your personal information and will never share, sell or trade that information with anyone. Your personal information will be used only to fulfill your order and to contact you in the event of a problem fulfilling your order.

Payment Processing

I use secure Paypal webservers for all shopping cart and credit card transactions. In addition, I am a verified PayPal merchant. Paypal's merchant verification process increases the security of your transaction. Please see the paypal website for more details regarding verified merchant status.

At various points in your shopping experience Paypal may ask that you become a member. Please remember that you are not obligated or required to become a Paypal member in order to complete your purchase. See the paypal website for details regarding their polices.

When you place an item in your shopping cart you will be taken to the Paypal website. There you will be able to view your shopping cart and you will have the following options:

When you check out all applicable taxes and shipping costs will be calculated. Paypal will then prompt you for shipping and payment information.

Credit card information is retained only by secure Paypal web severs. I do not have access to it. Paypal will provide your contact and shipping information to me after your transaction is processed. You will receive order confirmation via e-mail.

Sales Tax: The State Comptroller requires all purchases made by residents in Texas to include a sales tax of 8.25%.

Measuring for a Bracelet or Watch

To determine the bracelet or watch size you need, measure wrist with a soft flexible measuring tape. If you do not have a measuring tape you can use a ribbon or piece of string. Mark the length then measure with a ruler.

GUIDELINES FOR BRACELETS OR WATCHES

These are approximate sizes and will not apply to every person. When possible, please measure the child’s wrist for a more accurate size.  

0-6 months: 4.0"
6-12 months: 4.5"
1 yr. – 2 yrs: 5 1/4"
2 yrs – 4 yrs: 5.5"
4 yrs - 6 yrs: 6.0"
6 yrs and up: 6.5"  

WOMEN'S SIZES

Women are typically 7 - 8 inches. We will gladly size a bracelet or watch we create to any length required. To reduce the size of a bracelet or watch there is not additional charge. If there is a need for any of our bracelets or watches to be increased in size we will adjust the bracelet or watch within a 1/2", if there needs to be any additional sizing besides the 1/2" there will be a nominally fee of $3.00 to $10.00 depending on the stones or beads required to increase the size of the bracelet or watch.

All of our bracelets and watches are measured from end to end INCLUDING the clasp. All measurements are approximate. Due to bead sizes, amount of stones or beads used and making the bracelet or watch aesthetically even, when making your bracelet or watch we may be off by 1/16" to 1/8" inch but we will make every effort possible to get your exact measurement. We will always make sure that if we are off, we will make it a little bigger than smaller.

MEN'S SIZES

Men vary quite a bit in sizes so please measure before ordering. To determine the bracelet size for a boy, teen or man please measure the wrist with a soft flexible measuring tape.
